Submissions must be accompanied by:

1. a list of all materials sent,
2. a cover letter including the contributor’s name,
3. address, phone number, e-mail (if available),
4. two or three lines of biographical information, and
5. an appropriate S.A.S.E. for author notification.
6. NO SIMULTANEOUS SUBMISSIONS will be accepted

The deadline is the last week of January; Editorial responses are mailed out by mid-March.
