2008 SPORTS CAMPS FOR CHILDREN INFORMATION

SPORTS                       SOCCER AND BASEBALL/SOFTBALL

GRADES                       KINDERGARTEN TO GRADE 4  (Ages 5- 9)       

DATES/ TIMES           SOCCER     August 4-8   9:00 AM to 12:00 noon

                                        BASEBALL/SOFTBALL       August 4-8    12:30 - 3:30

LOCATION:                Shoreline Community College, Building 3000, Room 3014

COST :                          $83 per session fee per participant

PROGRAM:                 The program is designed to teach children in Grades K - 4 basic skills, individual and team skills related to soccer or baseball/softball Skills will be presented in an age appropriate manner and drills will help participants learn the skill and build confidence while having fun.

ENROLLMENT:          Camp enrollment limited - first come, first served

EQUIPMENT:       Each participant must furnish clothing and equipment appropriate to this type of activity. Soccer or

                                 baseball shoes not-required.  Please bring a water bottle.

 INSURANCE:       Participants are responsible for their own insurance

 REFUND:              NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER July 15, 4:30 P.M. Any requests for refunds must be  in writing.  All refunds are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

T-SHIRT:    Each participant registered will receive a camp t-shirt free.  Registration received without shirt size indicated will be recorded as a large size.

SNACK:  Bring a snack, juice and water bottle

PARKING: Individuals driving to campus will be required to purchase a parking permit.
