Associate in Arts and Science (AAS), Option A
This is an ideal choice for most
students who are not majoring in science or engineering. It will
fulfill all or most of the General University Requirements at most
Washington State colleges and universities. We have prepared Option
A planning sheets for many popular majors. This degree is part of
the Direct Transfer Agreement with all colleges and universities in
Washington State (except UPS and Whitman), Under this agreement,
students will enter as a junior and have all or most general
education requirements completed.

Electives
A minimum of 22 additional college-level credits numbered 100 or
above are required for electives to reach a minimum total of 95
credits.

prepared for many programs and universities for each of the
associate degree options. If a planning guide is not available,
students may consult with an academic advisor at SCC to develop an
academic plan.
