Do you have a taste for Thai?  Prepare Thai favorites in ten minutes or less. See how easy it can be to bring Thai food into your own kitchen without getting take-out! Toi Woosley is an experienced chef who will guide you through Thai culture, must-have cooking ingredients and recipes you'll use over and over. You will choose your favorite Thai dish to cook in 10 minutes for the second Tuesday--student's choice!  Class meets in Shoreline's Central Market demonstration kitchen.

Join us for a wine tasting and an introduction to the wine history of the beautiful Loire Valley. We will taste Muscadet that smells of the sea, Quality Vouvray evoking peaches, Red Chinon from the land of Joan d'Arc, the flinty fruit of Sancerre, and more. Maps, local cheeses, recipes and winemaker recommendations included.

Washington seems to have more official AVA’s (American Viticultural Areas) every time you look. Come learn Washington’s wine landscape in this 2 part series. The first covers Yakima Valley, Red Mountain, Waluke Slope, and Rattlesnake Ridge as well as the larger Columbia Valley AVA.
