Writing a Job Description
Knowing what you expect from your intern is communicated through a job description.  Take some care in describing the duties of your intern and what you expect from this person.  Be clear, yet allow for flexibility.  Remember this is a student who is looking at the internship as a means to explore his or her chosen field of study.  Review the following document.

Hiring an Intern
